Canceling a Reservation Option 1: Swiping on Floor Plan View 

  1. Swipe left on the reservation you want to cancel 
  2. Tap "Cancel" 
  3. This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name".
  4. Confirmation emails are automatically toggled as on if a guest has an email on their Resy profile. If it shouldn't be sent, tap the green button next to the email to toggle off. 
  5. Tap "Confirm Cancellation" 

Canceling a Reservation Option 2: Tapping into Reservation to Cancel

  1. Tap reservation (on Timeline or Floor Plan view) 
  2. Click the green hammer at the bottom 
  3. Tap "Cancel Reservation" 
  4. This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name". 
  5. Confirmation emails are automatically toggled as on if a guest has an email on their Resy profile. If it shouldn't be sent, tap the green button next to the email to toggle off.
  6. Tap "Confirm Cancellation" 

Changing a Reservation (Date, Time, or Party Size) 

  1. Tap reservation (on Timeline or booked list on Floor Plan view) 
  2. Click the green hammer at the bottom 
  3. Tap "Change Reservation" 
  4. This will bring up the Booking Module. Change the columns that need adjusting (date, time, party size) 
  5. Tap "Change" 
  6. This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name".
  7. Tap "Confirm Change"
