Blocking tables can be done from both the Timeline and Floor Plan view. A table can be blocked for either the entire shift or for a time range. 

Blocking a Table for a Specific Time Period from the Floor Plan: 

  1. Hold your finger down on the table you want to block 
  2. Slide left to "Block"
  3. Toggle off "Entire Shift" 
  4. Select your Block Start Time and End Time 
  5. Add a Block Note (not required)
  6. Tap "Create Block" 
  7. Diagonal lines are visible on the table for the duration of the block

Blocking a Table for the Entire Shift from the Floor Plan: 

  1. Hold your finger down on the table you want to block 
  2. Slide left to "Block"
  3. Add a Block Note (not required) 
  4. Tap "Create Block" 
  5. Diagonal lines are visible on the table for the duration of the block

Unblocking a Table from Floor Plan View:

  1. Hold your finger down on the table you want to unblock 
  2. The blocking module will pop out on the left-hand side 
  3. Tap "Remove Block"

 

Blocking a Table for a Specific Time Period from Timeline View : 

  1. Hold your finger down anywhere on the row of the table you want to block - or hold down at the time you want to start the block  
  2. Slide left to "Block"
  3. Toggle off "Entire Shift" 
  4. Add your Block Start Time and End Time 
  5. Add a Block Note (not required) 
  6. Tap "Create Block" 
  7. Diagonal lines are visible on the table for the duration of the block

Blocking a Table for Entire Shift from Timeline View : 

  1. Hold your finger down anywhere on the row of the table you want to block
  2. Slide left to "Block"
  3. Add a Block Note (not required) 
  4. Tap "Create Block" 
  5. Diagonal lines are visible on the table for the duration of the block

Unblocking a Table from Floor Plan View: 

  1. Hold your finger down anywhere on the block
  2. The blocking module will pop out on the left-hand side
  3. Tap "Remove Block"
