Automated Reservation Emails

Guests booking or making reservation changes online will receive an automated email from Resy with the reservation details every time they book, change, or cancel a reservation. Below we've listed examples of the emails guests receive along with the options to customize the content. 

The email customization feature is only available for restaurants on our 360 & Full Stack monthly service plans. Let us know if you'd like to consider an upgrade and we'll put you in contact with your Resy Account Manager.

Booked Email 

Below is an example of the standard Resy 'booked' email. The language in the body of the email, outlined in red, can be customized in the Resy Dashboard > Guest Communications > Email tab. 

Change Email 

Below is an example of the standard Resy 'change' email. The language in the body of the email, outlined in red, can be customized in the Resy Dashboard > Guest Communications > Email tab.

Cancel Email 

Below is an example of the standard Resy 'cancel' email. The language in the body of the email, outlined in red, can be customized in the Resy Dashboard > Guest Communications > Email tab.
