All guests with a mobile number listed on their reservation profile will receive the automated Day-of Reminder Text 30 or 60 minutes prior to their reservation time. 

  • This feature can be enabled/disabled from the Resy Dashboard > Guest Communications.
  • The language of the reminder SMS can be customized through the Resy Dashboard > Guest Communications for Resy 360 and Full Stack partners.
  • SMS replies from guests to the reminder SMS will show up on their reservation profile in ResyOS under the 'Chat' tab. 
  • New unread SMS from a guest will be indicated with a white talk bubble icon on the reservation list in ResyOS.

Reminder Text Timing

60 minutes prior to the reservation time - Restaurants in PST and Miami receive the SMS reminder 60 minutes prior to the reservation time. 

30 minutes prior to the reservation time - All Restaurants not in PST receive the SMS reminder 30 minutes prior to the reservation time.
