Yellow Note: The Yellow Note indicates a guest request. When booking a reservation online, guests can add a special request/note to their reservation. Most guests use this space to let you know of any celebrations, seating preference or dietary restrictions. 

White Note: The White Note indicates a visit note or a guest note. A visit note applies to that specific reservation only. For example, when making a reservation over the phone the guest may mention needing a high chair or ask to be seated at a specific table, these are visit notes and add a white note icon to their reservation. A guest note applies to that guest and is shown on each of their visits. For example, when making a reservation over the phone the guest might come up in your guestbook and you’ll see a note that they prefer icy cold white wine. That guest note will add a white note icon to the reservation. 

Blue Cake: The Blue Cake indicates a special occasion. When adding a visit tag to your ResyOS setup, you have the option to create Occasion Visit Tags that lights up in blue. To add a visit tag tap your restaurant name in the top left corner of the screen > Settings > Tags > Visit > Add New. From there specify the Tag Name toggle ON the Occasion. 

When you tag a reservation with an Occasion Tag, a little blue cake icon will accompany the reservation to let you know your guests are celebrating!

Orange Fork & Knife: The Orange Fork & Knife indicate an allergy or dietary restriction. When adding a guest tag to your ResyOS setup, you have the option to create Allergy Visit Tags that lights up in orange. To add a guest tag tap your restaurant name in the top left corner of the screen > Settings > Tags > Guest > Add New. From there specify the Tag Name toggle ON the Allergy. 

When you tag a reservation with an Allergy Tag, a little orange fork & knife icon will accompany the reservation to let you know your guest has an allergy or dietary restriction!
