User Assigned Tables

  • RESY Auto Assign Tables: Reservations that are automatically assigned to a table based on inventory when reservation is made. Appears in a shaded italic font
  • User Assigned Tables: Reservations that are assigned to tables in-house by a ResyOS user. Appears in a strong white bold color

Viewing Resy Auto-Assigned Tables

You can choose to see which table assignments were made in-house by a ResyOS user or auto-assigned by toggling on ‘Show Resy assigned tables on reservation list and floor plan’.

  1. Tap the restaurant name in the top left corner of ResyOS to reveal the Venue Settings Dropdown
  2. Select ‘Settings’ > ‘Reservations’
  3. Toggle on ‘Show Resy assigned tables on reservation list and floor plan’

You can HIDE Resy Auto-Assigned tables from showing on tables in your floor plan:

  1. Select Floor Plan view
  2. Tap on the vertical three dots towards the upper right hand corner to display customizations
  3. Tap ‘Hide Resy auto-assigned reservations’ -or- ‘Show Resy auto-assigned reservations’ for reservations to re-appear

Please Note: The ‘Show Resy assigned tables on reservation list and floor plan’ must be toggled ON in Settings for this option to show as available in the display customizations menu.
