Once your takeout set-up through Resy is completed, we recommend using the following marketing strategies to inform your guests and the community that you’re offering takeout.

E-Blast to your Guests

Send an email to all your guests notifying them of your new offerings. Reach out to support@resy.com to obtain a copy of your full guestbook.

To our friends and neighbors,

As you may know by now, we have temporarily closed [restaurant] for the time being.

We are offering a limited menu for takeout  [and delivery - if offering].  You can view takeout options from our Resy Page here [link] [and delivery options through other platforms].

We are extremely grateful for the love and support we have received so far and look forward to serving you soon.

Post on Social Media 

Example Facebook or Twitter Post: [Restaurant Name] is now offering takeout on Resy! Starting today you can book meals to pick-up via the @Resy app or website, our website, or by calling the restaurant at [Restaurant Phone Number]. We look forward to serving you all during this time! 

Example Instagram Post: [Restaurant Name] is now offering takeout on Resy! Starting today you can book your meals to pick up via the @Resy app, Resy.com, our website, or by calling the restaurant at [Restaurant Phone Number]. You can also book directly from our Instagram page by hitting the Reserve button above our feed. We look forward to serving you all during this time! 

Post Menu to your Website

For guests visiting your website, post your menu and link out your Resy page or add the widget to your homepage so guests can see your standard menu or daily specials.
