How to Update a Reservation Status

You can change the status of a party to help your staff keep track of the flow of guests.

We have Waitlist Statuses and Reservation Statuses.

Waitlist Statuses

  1. Tap the status icon to the left of the guests name

  2. Tap new status

Please Note: Changing the a waitlisted guest status to any of the Reservation statuses will automatically move the guest to the Booked list.

Reservation Statuses

Option 1: Bookings Panel

  1. Tap the status icon to the left of the guests name on the Booked or Seated list.

  2. Tap the new status

Option 2: Change the status from the table

  1. Tap on the table

  2. Tap the status icon to the left of the name of the reservation 

  3. Tap the new status
