How to Cancel or Change a Reservation in ResyOS

Canceling a Reservation Option 1: Swiping on Floor Plan View
- Swipe left on the reservation you want to cancel
- Tap "Cancel"
- This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name".
- Confirmation emails are automatically toggled as on if a guest has an email on their Resy profile. If it shouldn't be sent, tap the green button next to the email to toggle off.
- Tap "Confirm Cancellation"
Canceling a Reservation Option 2: Tapping into Reservation to Cancel
- Tap reservation (on Timeline or Floor Plan view)
- Click the green hammer at the bottom
- Tap "Cancel Reservation"
- This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name".
- Confirmation emails are automatically toggled as on if a guest has an email on their Resy profile. If it shouldn't be sent, tap the green button next to the email to toggle off.
- Tap "Confirm Cancellation"
Changing a Reservation (Date, Time, or Party Size)
- Tap reservation (on Timeline or booked list on Floor Plan view)
- Click the green hammer at the bottom
- Tap "Change Reservation"
- This will bring up the Booking Module. Change the columns that need adjusting (date, time, party size)
- Tap "Change"
- This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name".
- Tap "Confirm Change"
