Walk-in Table Status
- A table can be assigned the walk-in status for a shift or a specific time frame within a shift.
- Walk-in tables are un-reservable in Resy and do not appear in the booking modal when booking in-house.
- An existing reservation can be assigned to a walk-in table if you decide to seat or plot a reservation there.
How to set up walk-in tables
- Contact Resy support through live chat in Resy so we can assist you!
- In the Resy Web Admin you can assign the walk-in status to your tables by editing the availability on a shift.
How to identify walk-in tables in Resy
- Walk-in tables will show up in a light shade of grey with the walk-in icon at the start time of the walk-in status.
