You are able to send text messages to any of your guests right from the ResyOS system. To begin this process tap into the guest profile the select 'Chat'.
In the Chat tab you will type your message into the the chat field and hit Send. Messages that you send are limited to 140 characters (including spaces).

Once a message has been sent you will see it appear in the 'Chat' tab. There will be different chat colored chat bubbles next to the guests name on the reservation list to indicate the status of the text message.
Grey= No action needed
White=Read and Responded
Red= Text message undelivered
