Once your Add-on Item has been created, you'll manage and edit these Add-on Items in the "Item Library".

You will access your Items Library in the Online Dashboard,

  1. Tap the icon on the upper left

  2. Tap Item Library

Please Note: When you make an edit to an existing add-on item, this will affect all shifts that the item is being used and all transactions going forward.

What is the Item Type?

The Item Type is related to the Tax Code that matches your Item.

  • Alcoholic Beverage

  • Book

  • Candy (does not contain flour)

  • Chocolate (does not contain flour)

  • Clothing

  • Donation

  • Food

  • Grocery / Pantry

  • Gum

  • Merchandise

  • Non-Alcoholic Beverage

  • On-Premise Event

  • Online Event

  • Single Use Items (e.g. napkins, utensils)

How can I manage Item Inventory?

Total Stock Quantity

Once set, sales for this individual add-on item will stop once this quantity is reached.

Daily Limits

Once set, sales for this individual add-on item will stop once this chosen limit is reached for that day. Sales will reset and start again the next day.

Example:

Total Stock Quantity = 50

Daily Sales Limit = 10

Sales will continue daily, max 10 items daily, until 50 items have been sold overall.
