If you need assistance setting up your Event, this article will help you get started!

You can add items to the Event ticket. For example:

  • Take-Home Item (ex. Cookbook),

  • Meal Enhancement (ex. Beverage Pairing, Caviar)

  • Add to the Experience (ex. Bottle Service)

How to Create an Item for your Event Ticket:

  1. Create Event Button OR Select the Event > Tap the Pencil to Edit

  2. Select Step 3 > "Create Ticket" Button OR Select the Ticket > Tap the Pencil to Edit

  3. Complete required fields in "Ticket" Tab

  4. Tap the "Items" Tab

  5. Tap "Select from Library" button

  6. Tap "Create Item"

  7. Add Required Fields: Name, Price, and Item Type

  8. Add Optional Fields: Description, Image

  9. Choose Inventory Options (Total Inventory, Daily Limit)

  10. Tap "Add to Ticket" > "Create Ticket" to SAVE

How to Add or Remove Items for your Event Ticket:

  1. Create Event Button OR Select the Event > Tap the Pencil to Edit

  2. Select Step 3 > "Create Ticket" Button OR Select the Ticket > Tap the Pencil to Edit

  3. Tap the "Items" Tab

  4. Tap "Select from Library" button

  5. Select the "Item"

  6. Tap "Add to Ticket"

  7. Tap "Edit Ticket" to SAVE

Please Note: Add-on Items are currently only available as a Prepaid option.
