If you need assistance setting up your shifts, this article will help you get started!

You can add items to a Reservation Type. For example:

  • Take-Home Item (ex. Cookbook),
  • Meal Enhancement (ex. Beverage Pairing, Caviar)
  • Add to the Experience (ex. Bottle Service)

Please Note: Items are currently only available for Prepaid reservations. Therefore, you'll need to toggle ON "Prepaid Reservation" under Step 4 or 5 to create Items.

How to Create an Item for your Shift Reservation Type:

  1. Visit Dashboard > Service > Shift Settings
  2. Tap the Three Dots > Select "Edit Shift"
  3. Scroll to Step 4 > Policies
  4. Toggle ON Prepaid and enter required fields
  5. Scroll down to Items > Add or Edit Items
  6. Tap "Select from Library" button
  7. Tap "Create Item"
  8. Add Required Fields: Name, Price, and Item Type
  9. Add Optional Fields: Description, Image
  10. Choose Inventory Options (Total Inventory, Daily Limit)
  11. Tap "Add to Reservation" > SAVE > Update Shift

How to Create Items for your Custom Reservation Type:

  1. Visit Dashboard > Service > Shift Settings
  2. Tap the Three Dots > Select "Edit Shift"
  3. Scroll to Step 5 > Custom Policies > Customize Tables
  4. Select Tables > Next > Complete Required Fields
  5. Toggle ON Prepaid Policy
  6. Tap "Items" Tab
  7. Tap "Select from Library" button
  8. Tap "Create Item" or Select from existing "Items"
  9. Check Required Fields: Name, Price, and Item Type
  10. Add Optional Fields: Description, Image
  11. Choose Inventory Options (Total Inventory, Daily Limit)
  12. Tap "Add to Reservation" > SAVE > Update Shift
