Check Matching is based on these three criteria:
Matching Table numbers (exactly) between the POS ticket and Resy reservation
Matching guest count between the POS ticket and Resy reservation
The time the reservation is seated in Resy is within 15 minutes of the time the ticket is opened in the POS
