Features included with an Omnivore POS Integration:

  • Real-time Check level data in the reservation profile under the “Check” tab

  • Monthly POS data reporting

  • Automated status update to 'check dropped' in ResyOS when you update status to Check Closed in POS

Features included with an Upserve POS Integration:

  • A pre-shift email sent to the Upserve contact on file

  • Automated status update to 'check dropped' in ResyOS when you update status to Check Closed in POS

  • Real-time Check level data in the reservation profile under the “Check” tab

  • Monthly POS data reporting

Check Matching is based on these three criteria:

  1. Matching Table numbers (exactly) between the POS ticket and Resy reservation

  2. Matching guest count between the POS ticket and Resy reservation

  3. The time the reservation is seated in Resy is within 15 minutes of the time the ticket is opened in the POS
