Please Note: You must have the 'Update Shifts' permission in order to make these updates. If you don't see 'Service' when you click the menu in the Dashboard. You will need to have your User Permissions updated.

  • If you need help creating a new Indoor Floor Plan or making edits to an existing Indoor Floor Plan, click here then come back to this article once its set up.

  • If you already have your Indoor Floor Plan set up, start at the steps below!

Set an End Date on your Active Shifts

First, you'll log onto the Dashboard using Chrome:

  1. Click on the top left corner icon > Service > Shift Settings

  2. Click the three dots on the top right corner of the shift you wish to edit and select ‘Edit Shift’

  3. In Step 1 Shift Basics, set the End date to the day before you want the Indoor floorplan to start

  4. Click 'Update Shift' to save changes

Copy your Shifts and Activate your Indoor Floor Plan

  1. Click the three dots on the top right corner of the shift you wish to Copy and select ‘Copy Shift’

  2. In Step 1 Shift Basics, select the days of the week for this shift and set the Start Date to the day you want the Indoor Floor Plan to begin

  3. In Step 2 Service Settings > Floor Plans

  4. Click Edit next to Active Floor Plans

  5. Toggle on the floor plan you want to use

  6. Click Save

  7. Continue to Step 3 Availability, this is where you can set the Availability (Online, In-house and Walk-in) of the tables on the floor plan. Click here for more information

  8. Click 'Update Shift' to save changes
