#### **How do I cancel an event?**

Once in the online dashboard, take the following steps:

1.  Click "**Events**" from the left-hand menu.
2.  Click "**Live** **Events**" from the drop-down menu. 
3.  Click the three dots next to your live event. 
4.  Click "**Cancel Event**".

_**Please note**__: If the event has bookings, when you cancel the booking, guests will receive a cancellation email and receive a refund (if the event was prepaid)._

#### What happens if I cancel an event?

All reservations will be cancelled and automatically refunded if the event is prepaid.

#### Can I view a list of reservations once the event has been cancelled?

No, you'll need to access the Reservation list before cancelling.

1.  Log on to the [Dashboard](https://os.resy.com/portal/login) using Chrome.
2.  Choose “**Reports**” from the left-hand menu options.
3.  Choose “**Reservations**” > Choose Date.
4.  "**Email Report**".

#### **Can I copy a cancelled event?**

Yes, to copy a cancelled event follow the steps below:

1.  From the “**Events**” option, click "**Past Events**".
2.  Click the three dots next to your cancelled event. 
3.  Click "**Copy Event**".
