# Advanced Analytics - Guest Info: Details

The **Guest Info: Details** report highlights guests with the most visits, your VIPs, and No-Show Diners. Use this report to tag guests in your system.

The filters are defaulted to show your data from the last 30 days, all shifts and all reservations. To look at a specific date range or shift, click into each filter and set. You can also filter by No-Show, Cancelled, or Completed reservations.

Use **Visit Counts** to see which of your guests dine with you the most and their respective cancelled reservation rate. A high visit count may earn your guest a VIP or Regular tag, a high cancellation rate may warrant a note to your door team to double confirm those reservations.

**No-Show Diners** shows which of your guests no-show the most. Consider tagging these guests so your team can double confirm their reservations ahead of service.

**VIPs** shows you which of your VIPs have joined you recently and who is on the books for tonight!

   We recommend you review this report monthly with reservationists and managers.
