Cancel or Change a Reservation in ResyOS

Cancel a Reservation
There are two options to cancel a reservation:
Swipe Reservation from Floor Plan View to Cancel
- Swipe left on the reservation you want to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel".
- This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name".
- Confirmation emails are automatically toggled on if a guest has an email on their Resy profile. If it shouldn't be sent, tap the green button next to the email to toggle off.
- Tap "Confirm Cancellation".
Tap into Reservation to Cancel
- Tap reservation (on Timeline or Floor Plan view).
- Click the three dots on the upper right.
- Tap "Cancel Reservation".
- This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name".
- Confirmation emails are automatically toggled as on if a guest has an email on their Resy profile. If it shouldn't be sent, tap the green button next to the email to toggle off.
- Tap "Confirm Cancellation".

Please note: After cancelling a reservation, the cancelled reservation will appear on both the Booked list and XCL/No Show list for 30 minutes with a timer showing how long it’s been since the cancellation. After 30 minutes, the reservation will disappear from the Booked list and appear as normal in the XCL list.
This feature gives you more visibility into last-minute cancellations to fill gaps created by cancellations.
Change a Reservation (Date, Time, or Party Size)
1) Tap reservation (on Timeline or booked list on Floor Plan view).
2) Click the three dots on the upper right.
3) Tap "Rebook Reservation".
4) This will bring up the Booking Module. Change the columns that need adjusting (date, time, party size).
5) Tap "Change".
6) This will bring up the accountability screen: Tap the name/initial of who completed the reservation. If not listed, tap "Add Name".
7) Tap "Confirm Change".
