Your Venue Settings includes important information about your Resy listing, along with your Transaction Settings and Widget installation information.

## Update your Venue Settings 

1) Log into your [Resy Dashboard.](https://os.resy.com/portal/venues)

2) To access Venue settings, click **"Venue"** from the left-hand menu.  

3) From there, you'll see the following from the drop-down: Basic Info, Profile, Floor Plans, Prepaid Items and Transaction Settings.

## Basic Info

Basic Info is where your venue's website, location and phone number are listed. You can also find the Venue Type, Social Media and Widget in this section.

## Profile

Profile is where all of your venue details are that guests see on [Resy.com](//Resy.com) and the Resy App. Click [here](https://helpdesk.resy.com/en_us/how-to-update-your-venue-listing-info-Hk1_ZvX8_) to view an in-depth article on Profile.

## Floor Plans

This is where you can create and edit your floor plans.

## Prepaid Items

You'll create, manage and edit the Prepaid Items in the "Prepaid Items" section.

## Transaction Settings

**Banking Details for [Cancellation Policy](https://resy.kustomer.help/en_us/how-do-i-charge-a-cancellation-or-no-show-fee-HJQXfP7Lu) or [Prepay](https://resy.kustomer.help/en_us/how-to-use-resy-prepay-feature-in-resyos-rJTzMvXLu):** Banking information is required for these features. The banking details provided here will be the account our credit card processor, Stripe, directly deposits your funds to. Until these details are provided, Stripe cannot collect funds on your behalf. The bank account can be managed through the Stripe Dashboard.
