# Advanced Analytics - My Restaurant: Last 5 Weeks

The **My Restaurant: Last 5 Weeks** report looks back at your restaurant’s daily stats over the past five weeks. If you’re looking at this on a Tuesday, the report will show your restaurant’s performance over the last five Tuesdays. This is how we calculate our forecast for the ‘Today’ report.

The filters are defaulted to show your data from all service periods, all sources, and all guests. To look at a specific shift or source, click into each filter and set. You can also filter for First Time Diners and Global Dining Access (GDA) Diners.

**Total Covers** is your final cover count at the end of the night. Starting on the left, you’ll find your Average Total Covers on this day of the week over the last five weeks. And to the right, you’ll see your total covers for this day over the last five weeks.

**Day-of Covers Added** is how many covers were booked that same day. Starting on the left, you’ll find your Average Day-of Covers Added on this day of the week over the last five weeks. And to the right, you’ll see your Day-of Covers Added for this day over the last five weeks.

**Walk-in Covers** are how many people walked into your restaurant that day. Starting on the left, you’ll find your Average Walk-ins on this day of the week over the last five weeks. And to the right, you’ll see your Walk-ins for this day over the last five weeks.

**Day-of Cancellations** are how many people cancelled reservations at your restaurant that same day. Starting on the left, you’ll find your Average Day-of Cancellations on this day of the week over the last five weeks. And to the right, you’ll see your Day-of Cancellations for this day over the last five weeks.

**No-Show Covers** are how many people no- showed their reservation at your restaurant that day. Starting on the left, you’ll find your Average No-Shows on this day of the week over the last five weeks. And to the right, you’ll see your No- Shows for this day over the last five weeks.

We factor this calculation into the Today: Overview report so your team can prepare for service. Use this report to better understand where the forecast comes from. 

   We recommend reviewing this report monthly with managers.
