The **My Restaurant: Ratings** report illustrates the ratings your restaurant has received. Use this report to spot trends in your reviews and share with your team.

The filters are defaulted to show your data from the last 30 days and all service periods. To look at a specific date range or shift, click into each filter and set. 

Resy ratings are a closed- loop system, meaning only restaurants can see the review and individual star rating. After each visit, guests receive an email from Resy asking them to rate their experience on a 5-star scale. Guests have the option to include a comment and choose factors driving their review such as Food, Service, Vibe, and Other. 

   We recommend reviewing this report monthly with managers and staff.
