Please Note: Advanced Analytics reporting is available for Platform 360 restaurant partners. If you are interested in learning more or upgrading, please reach out to your account manager or [resysupport@resy.com](mailto:resysupport@resy.com).

The **POS: PPA** report shows your Per Person Average (PPA) by shift and reservation source. Use this to fine- tune your books.

The filters are defaulted to show your data from the last 30 days. To look at a specific shift or date range, click into the filter and set. You can also filter for First Time Diners and Global Dining Access (GDA) Diners.

Across the top, you’ll find your PPA for each shift. If your restaurant is not open for a certain shift, you won’t see any information in that shift’s tile.

**PPA by Reservation Source** shows how much your guests spend depending on what channel they booked through. Typically, walk-ins spend the least and reservations booked by your in-house team spend the most. This might lead you to update your table access on your shifts to offer more reservations online and allocate fewer tables for walk-ins.

**Shift PPA by Source** shows how much your guests spend depending on what channel they booked through by shift. Review this when you’re setting up your books to maximize revenue -– if walk-ins spend the least, consider allocating fewer tables for walk-ins and more for in-house bookings.

We recommend reviewing this monthly with managers and reservationists.
