# Advanced Analytics - POS: Product Mix

The **POS: Product Mix** report shows your most frequently ordered food items for First Time Diners, your Top Food Spenders, and Item Category Sales by Reservation Source. Connect diners to their product mix and answer questions like ‘what items bring people back to my restaurant?’ and ‘do walk-ins order more beer and fewer appetizers than in-house diners?’

The filters are defaulted to show your data from the last 30 days. To look at a specific date range, click into the filter and set. You can also filter for unique POS Item categories.

**First Time Diners Top 10** shows the most ordered food items by First Time Diners. These items are what bring people into your restaurant.

**Top Spenders by Per Person Average (PPA)** shows which guests spend the most in the food category at your restaurant. Tag these guests and note what they ordered in their notes so your team is prepared for next time!

**Item Category** **Sales by Source** shows how much diners spend depending on what channel they book through.
