### ResyOS Troubleshooting Steps

Below are a few basic troubleshooting steps you can attempt when experiencing an issue in ResyOS: 

1.  Close and reopen the app.
2.  Pull down the left panel of guest reservations to refresh.
3.  Log out and log in to the app.
4.  Make sure you are running the most up-to-date version of the Resy app by tapping Venue Name > Settings > About > App Version.
5.  Update the app from the App Store by searching "Resy OS" or tap this [link](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/resyos/id1440522249) and follow the prompts to install.
6.  Try connecting to a different WiFi network or Mobile HotSpot.
7.  Check your internet speed. [Perform an internet speed test](http://beta.speedtest.net/).
8.  Clear your cache in the app by tapping Venue Name > Settings > About > Clear Cache.
9.  Clear cache on the iPad by tapping iPad Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
10.  Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button) by:

*   Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
*   Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
*   Press and hold the top button.
*   When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

11.  Force restart iPad (models with the Home button) by holding down the power and home button until the Apple logo appears.
