The **Yesterday: Spread of Shift** report is an additional companion to your manager’s nightly recap. It’s good to check your feelings with data. Were the pops as close together as the kitchen felt?

The filters are defaulted to show your data from all day yesterday. To look at a specific shift, day, time, or party size, click into each filter and set.

You can also use this graph to identify opportunities to adjust your books. Ensure your pacing is set so the kitchen doesn’t get crushed, some restaurants keep pacing low during peak dining time or in between turns.   

   We recommend reviewing this report daily with your managers and operators.
