Open and close online reservations by changing your booking window. If no reservations are available, adjust your booking window.

Please note: Before reopening the booking window, please be sure to check your shift settings in the dashboard under ‘Service’ to ensure they are up to date prior to releasing online reservations.

What is a Booking Window?

The Booking Window will determine how far into the future your guests can book reservations. If you are unsure of what to set your booking window to, the standard is 30 days, and you can always adjust from there. 

 

Update Your Booking Window 

  1. Log in to the Resy Dashboard
  2. Under Venue, click on 'Listing Info'. 
  3. Select 'Booking Window' in the left-hand menu. 
  4. Update your booking window to your preferred window. This will immediately release your online availability.
  5. Click the blue 'Save' button on the right-hand corner for the booking window to reopen.
